This is an edit of an earlier review: I visited Dr. Reddy via a video consultation after moving to Houston in 2022. While the doctor was attentive and provided clear guidance on managing my strep throat, the experience with the clinic’s administrative practices left much to be desired. Pros: - Dr. Reddy was professional and listened to my concerns during our video consultation. She prescribed the necessary medications and gave useful advice for soothing my sore throat. I'm very proud and blessed and happy that Dr. Reddy is my PCP, because she's kind, caring, smart and just a nice person to be in touch with and the nurses are wonderful also!!!🙏🙏
