Odd vibe from Lakota when I spoke to him. Customer service is a lost art these days. I suppose his level of service rises directly with what he thinks he can put in his pocket from your case. Response to Lakota 's response: It had nothing to do with you not taking the case, and everything to do with your tone and lack of manners. Not sure what you are talking about regarding serious injury. It involved a concussion, 7 broken ribs, and tons of road rash on a 76 year old man. After getting rear-ended and no one taking responsibility for it, I was left with a totaled car and hospital bills.
