Quite an average office space for rent. The court yard is nice but empty pretty much all the time. Gym is a ghost town. Small offices are lined around a square courtyard, accessible through dimly lit corridor. The place is right by 101 that’s great. No access to decent lunch spots. Parki his plenty and has EV charging stations.
