Second time I’ve had Lakin out to do work this winter with Paul doing a great job. Several times asked my opinion as to how I wanted hanging light to look as far as distance from the ceiling and me being able to get to the light bulbs if needed. Also went out of his way to find a compatible medallion to cover opening around cover plate.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The pricing is very fair, and the work was outstanding. Company showed up on time, work was done very well, cleaned up was just outstanding. This is one great company. Thank you, Lakin electric, for a job well done. Dennis Proctor
BUYER BEWARE! Originally I hired out Lakin Electric to come through an investment property that I had rewired to review the work and also pull some permits/some small jobs. He assured me when he went through the house that every outlet had been inspected and if there were any issues to call him and he would come back to fix it. After inspecting the work, I noticed that the microwave was all of a sudden not working and called him to return a few days later to fix the issue.
