We stayed at the Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare area on July 25th. Our flight arrived at 11 AM so naturally our room wasn't ready yet. We checked our bags with the front desk & went downtown for the day. We arrived back at the hotel around 1030 PM & collected our bags & checked in & went to bed because we had a morning return flight home. My second time in their hotel, this time in a bit smaller room, needs a bit of attention, but we don't come to enjoy the room but came in to see Mark & Asha but were not working.. The two last stay made my wife's and I whole stay last time amazing, disappointed we won't see them as we head home early! However the girl who checked us in last night with the red hair was so accommodating.... Tell Asha and Mark we said hi as we asked the front desk to do the same....
