I have lived here for a year! I love my house I bought but the neighbors are horrible. And there is a problem with feral cats. Also it is getting so run down. They don’t make people keep there trash and junk picked up and park where ever they want. No rules inforced like the lease says. Really nice people in the office.

I’ve been here for 6 months and it’s nothing like the old reviews , I’ve never had a problem or with the managers . There’s no break ins , they have cameras everywhere around the village . If you really don’t want to deal with Mandy then just go to brandy that’s easy and simple . Obviously the house won’t be your until you pay it all off !! They are awesome and great ! Plus the village is calm and cool !!

The community is a great option for many first time home buyers, I have many clients as of now since about 3-4 months ago. From recent break-ins into personal vehicles and property. Also for bad management of a person named Mandy who has been coming across residents of the community as stern and unapologetic and lack empathy towards current residents and long time residents. Moved out of here and they suck. I come look at the reviews every few months to see them slowly dwindling lower and lower and it makes me smile.
