The front desk girl was always nice & politely engaged, usually with a smile. Jose, made sure I knew when I would be seeing the Doctor as well as which machines I would be using , in what order, for how long, & at what settings. He gave me great pointers for getting on and off the machines that made it much easier for me with my bad back. A couple of times another customer was on his cell phone to pass the time but the volume was turned up really loudly which disturbed my sessions.
