Barbecue area is in a sad state. Duck feces on picnic tables and benches. Grills are in disrepair. Duck feces all over sidewalks and in garages.
Nosey office,,,useless rules... my wife and I will be making our huge move out of this outdated community with a green pool and shity landscaping.
Let me preface by saying the office manager is very sweet, and kind. However, the phone never answers. Which wouldn't be so bad, but there are constant water shut offs ALL DAY. People cannot live like this. And when I ask a question on their Facebook about any updates, I'm ignored. Of course residents want updates especially if it's something as vital as your water being shut off. It's incredibly frustrating.
Horrible front management completely useless
I’m saddened to read a review by my neighbor that they have experienced discrimination here as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. I am glad to have you for a neighbor. Hate has no home here!
