This place has *everything*! I truly *love* living here! Kiana and *everyone* on staff is friendly, welcoming and they never make you feel as if they’re too busy for you. If you need something taken care of, they are always on top of it! There’s ample parking right in front of my door, which I love! And they are super dog friendly as well! I moved into Lakewood Village in August of 2025, and Kiana was so sweet in navigating the process as smooth as possible. I always owed over the last 40 years so converting into a rental was extremely stressful. I am older so I was privy to the lastest Tennent rules however she made it so easy. I absolutely love this little property it’s quiet everyone is friendly, I love my new home.
I adored my 14 months living here at Lakewood Village. It truly is "an Oasis inside the city." Coming out to the tropical courtyard and pool always felt like I was on a permanent vacation, even though it was my home! The pool is huge, very clean, and in the summer its the perfect temperature I absolutely loved my 2nd floor screened in porch surrounded by the live oaks, Spanish moss, and palms. Kiana and her team make you feel right at home. Lakewood Village has been a great place to live over the past couple years. And might I add that the courtyard is beautiful and its amenities are top notch!
