I had an issue with my washer and submitted a maintenance request. The team originally came out with a part to fix it, but it turned out to be the wrong one. Instead of making me wait for another part to be ordered, they went above and beyond and brought a different washer and replaced it the same day. I’ve never had a better experience with an apartment complex! Lakewood village is THE SPOT!!! 10/10 you should sign. Lucy the property manager was so kind and explained the process so well! Great Process All Around. The move in process was very easy and comforting for getting my FIRST APARTMENT. Application Fees and Deposit super reasonable. After looking at the apartment looks great for a studio that’s mine. Staffing is super nice and friendly towards me especially Ms.Kiana and at the end Ms.Lucy who had helped and eased my anxiety about moving into a new place made it a whole lot easier.
