Dear HOA Board & DR Horton , We absolutely have a serious problem here that needs immediate attention. We choose to community because of the great reviews . Our kids should feel protected here at all times . Allowing outside people to harassed our kids in a community pool their parents pay for is unacceptable. My husband and I closed on our home in July 2024. Before closing, we had an inspection done, which revealed several issues that needed to be addressed. We provided Jason, the superintendent, with a copy of the inspection report, and he agreed to have the problems resolved. Before closing, we had our final walkthrough, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to attend due to my work schedule.
