Went in for a simple cut. Just want the top layered. Went home, washed it, styled it and it wasn't even close to what I asked for. Went back 4 days later had the same stylist redo it. Even took a photo with me to show her what it was. Thought she had it right that time but when I washed it and tried it again it was worse than the first time! Now I have 2" sideburns.
