The facility told me that I needed to arrange for a ride home from the procedure. This required having someone drive me to the procedure. Although I told them on the phone the day before that I would not be receiving anesthesia and would be getting a local anesthetic, they insisted that I needed a ride home. Now just before my surgery I am finding out, that in fact, I did not have to upset everyone’s schedule in my family in order to arrange for drop off and pickup over an hour away from our home. Had a branch block today w Dr Reyes.the best!Megan took me in and prepped me for procedure..what a sweetheart.She made everything. Very comfortable for me.Then Stephen from procedure room was an absolute doll.there were other people I don't remember names but everyone treated me with such kindness and compassion.thank you all so much.Dr Reyes is the best!front desk was great too...Gen.Dunn

I love the employees there. They’re willing to laugh with the patients, thus alleviating any possible tension the patient may have due to their upcoming procedure.
