The staff was effecient, compassionate, and witty. :) nevet felt more at ease at a surgery site before. Thank you, everyone.
Today was my 2nd surgery at this amazing facility. From intake to discharge, I was treated great. Shandra, Marcy, Glenda, and my amazing surgical team were the best. The professionalism of every single person was 5 star worthy. I would recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of having surgery. My surgery was in March 2020 just as Covid was starting. The surgery was all very professionally performed and it was successful, however when it came time to remove the stitches they were not there. I called several places, based on the multiple billing entities from which I received bills, but could not get anyone to remove the stitches. I was on my own.
