I am always very pleased when I come out of Lakewood Smiles. Dr Lee is such a pleasure and always listens and suggests procedures and timing when asked about them. The staff is great and makes you feel at ease while there.
My first visit. I found Dr. Lee to be professional, and personable. The staff was also nice. A pleasant experience. 2nd Visit: A dreaded filling. Dr. Lee is both kind and thoughtful. I mentioned in passing that I had a very sore neck and was seeing a chiropractor. Without a word, she slipped a bolster pillow behind my neck. It was much appreciated. Very good Customer service. Doctor doesn’t try to push you into getting things done. You can ask her anything. They pay attention to detail. I’ve been going here for years.
Dr. Lee is always courteous and professional. I no longer avoid the dentist thanks to Lakewood Smiles.
