The worst experience in our life. The staff Debbie, Ronney and Norma were very unprofessional not to mention rude. they choose not to do there work. I keep telling them that I was Joe Epperthart wife. I even offered them proof of Power of attorney and a copy of the marriage license. There answer was No need. I complain with Vita. He was suppose to be transfer from that hell house, CLOSE HOME WITH THE FAMILY.Twice in the recording my husband WISHING TO MOVE FROM THERE.
