I recently toured this facility while looking into options for my dad, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was. The facility was clean, welcoming, and had a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, and everyone I spoke with seemed genuinely caring toward the residents. Cowboy burger was so good those homemade onion rings are so good
Not so "Stellar." Recently moved loved one out of here. The place has declined in recent years. It looks nice and the folks working there are friendly, but what's up with the food in that place? You cannot get a hamburger (or anything else beef) there. Everything seems to be out of a box, like microwavable food. And they didn't have something as simple as sugar-free syrup...and in a place where there are dietary restrictions, you'd think they'd have sugar-free options. I took a tour. Staff, food, and the building everythings just on another level. Clean, solid, and way better than most places I’ve seen.
I would give this community more than 5 stars if I could. The team at Lakewood Reserve are truly some of the most passionate people I have come across in senior living. You can absolutely tell upon welcome that the people who work here are here for the right reasons.
