The place has gone down tremendously in the past month or so. Elevators are always down, the chef is incredibly rude and the executive director lets him get away with it, constantly changing staff, first floor bathroom is always filthy, since the last activity Director left residents are left asking to fake pose for pictures to seem like they’re active, pointless things to do and they are bored, this place is just not what it used to be. I was so pleased with the care and support my mom recived while at Lakewood Reserve. Across the board, I found the staff to be responsive and helpful and the staff always treated my mom with both kindness and respect. A special shoutout to Juan, the driver who provided transportation services for residents, who often went above and beyond to try to help my mom get to appointments. Thank you.
My aunt has never been so social in her life; it’s like she’s blossomed being here! She really likes the food. There are so many activities she can do if she wants to and if not, she really enjoys her cozy apartment to rest in. She’s made lots of friends and I am so grateful for the wonderful staff here.
I am leaving a 5 star for the robust and engaging activities, and some of the staff in the dining room I encountered with placing my mother. With that said the front desk could use some work. I can never seem to get ahold of someone at the front desk & the new gal in the business office could use some tips on being more friendly. It really is a beautiful community with lots to do so we are thankful we found it for my mother.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The building is well kept, and the community is a beautiful place with plenty of daily activities and services available for residents.
