I had an extremely negative experience with this facility due to a pattern of arrogance, dismissal, and refusal to perform basic diagnostic care. I presented with severe pain in both armpits, visibly swollen lymph nodes, widespread body pain concentrated in my spine, and requested bloodwork six separate times. Each request was denied. Me atendieron las enfermeras de emergencia de una forma demasiado grosera . Tienen que tratar las enfermeras con respeto y empatia. Estan para ayudar , no para hacer sentir mal al paciente .
THE WORST!!! And I mean it you can be dying and they won’t care and proceed to take 5 hours just for you to get sent to a room for another 1 hour. Came here at 9pm and left at 6am ridiculous. I honestly don’t know what takes so long I seen 3 people leave due to them not getting any help. They just scatter around and look so clueless no help what so ever!!!
