Today marks my 1 year living at Lakewood Recovery. To say this place has changed my life would be an understatement. The sense of community and family I have grown to be a part of here has far surpassed any of my expectations. The owner, Bobby, is extremely invested in the growth and success of each and every resident and has become one of the best resources in recovery I have come across, and essentially like family for me. Lakewood Recovery was such an incredible experience for me. I was there about 4 months total and have not relapsed since. Bobby, the gentleman that owns it, is an amazing person and I consider him a very good friend. I still go to the house meetings every Wednesday evening. If you are looking for a nice place to stay and a solid group of guys to surround yourself with, then Lakewood is definitely the place for you.
Lakewood has been wonderful for my recovery. I really appreciate the strong community and commitment to staying sober. The house is nice and Bobby has been very supportive.
This house is next to none in its cleanliness and ambiance. The amenities are on par with luxury lodgings and the staff have created a great community with an atmosphere of recovery and brotherhood. I would recommend Lakewood Recovery to any of my friends or family in need of a safe and comfortable place to start their journey into sobriety.
