LWR Medical Group at Center Point, Dr Duggin and the staff are the best! Having gone through multiple procedures recently, I feel the staff has a good handle on what I need to do to get better and stay healthy. The office is clean, easy to contact, and the medical support staff are very professional. Thank you Center Point team!

Fraudulent practices. Like another reviewer, I was charged for the wrong service. Dr. Zapotockys billing office was impossible to deal with. I was told for months that Sandy in their office was resolving the problem. 6 months later, they try to take me to collections. Dr’s office promised it was resolved and they would take care of it. And now, another 3 months, I’m getting letters again that I owe money. My first visit to this place was chaotic, and they committed fraud. They billed my insurance at a specialist rate even though I went in for an annual checkup. After confirming with my insurance, I found out they incorrectly charged for a specialist visit. Despite months of disputes with the billing department, they refuse to fix the mistake. I’ve been going to this office for about 3 years. I actually don’t mind going to the dr or feel like the they feel inconvenienced when I go in for small things. Very good about getting me in same day or next day for urgent matters. My husband went with me to my first visit and liked how they were and even switched drs too. Front desk is always nice and so are the PAs.
