We had questions they clearly did not want to address and could not wait to rush us out the door. We have have had a lot of recent conversations with other Sarasota residents that have been disappointed with the power the politicians, developers, and land owners have that leaves out voices of the other residents. This is a very informative spot if you are thinking of moving to Lakewood Ranch. While most of the information is to help you select a neighborhood that is being built out now, our guide also gave us some information about all the differences in the communities at Lakewood Ranch. As there is so much here, that is important to know.

They were good at pointing out all the things to do in the community and gave us a nice map to see how things are laid out, all of which I appreciated. However, we went in WITH our realtor and I was asked to fill out my name and email on a form that would, “help you each place you go to look at houses, you can just hand them a copy of this form.” What really happened is I’ve had multiple sales people sending me emails for the last couple days saying Lakewood Ranch Information Center sent them my email and told them to contac... read more
