Dr. Vigil is the best! I am so glad we found him.
Please fix your online patient portal. I have not been able to log in for days and I cannot reach the medical assistant on the phone either. The only option is to talk to the appointment people who then supposedly send a message to the medical assistant. Not effective or any patient care is shown.
Called to see if they were accepting new patients... the lady I talked to was dismissive and sarcastic.
I have had a migraine for 12 days. I had an appointment for 2pm. There was an accident so I was 11 min late. I called and let them know they said it was fine. I drove 1.5 hours to get there. The woman that was going to check me in was RUDE. She went to check with the Nurse practioner who was in her office. And she said I had to reschedule.
