Outstanding in every way! Dr Summerlee was recommended to me by a friend and I was eager to see him since I had a few gastroenterology issues. Unfortunately I had a couple setbacks ( dental emergency, car accident) that forced me to cancel at the last minute. This office was very understanding snd patient with me. He was worth the wait! They have somebody from Home that answers the portal and then they don’t bother to respond to you until you yell at them really loud. Doctor told me he works 80 hours a week, 40 patients a day and just doesn’t have time to respond right away. Four days is not right away. They’re severely understaffed for the over booking that they do and then I couldn’t get in for four months.

If you need an appointment here, look else where. I have made three on line requests. I have called the office twice and sat on hold for well over 10 mins each until someone picks up and hangs up. While on hold they tell you to fill out an appointment request on line. We'll, after two weeks I can tell you no one has called me yet. Excellent customer service.

If you are looking for a gastroenterologist I would look somewhere else. We moved here in July and my son has an extensive history with Crohn's disease. The office staff threw out all of his medical records upon them getting sent from his previous doctor back in July 2020. It has been 10 months and he has yet to be placed on his medication that he needs in order to control his Crohn's. I have called multiple times to get the prescription put in.
