Very impressive young doc. Sat with me for an hour at first visit to learn about my medical history. Very approachable
Business Consultant!!!!! Unfortunately He has completely changed his practice because he has consulted with a business consultant!!!! I don't think more needs to be said about a doctor changing his practice because a BUSINESS CONSULTANT told him how to squeeze more money out of his patients. Zero stars! This has been the worst experience with anyone in the medical profession. We have attempted to stay with him for a year to get past that awkward new period of transitioning to a new doctor but that has been a waste of a year. I feel like this doctor only cares about some of the patients. They made an appointment for us and when we got there Dr. Kao told us they did not have the tools to do the job, he then sent us elsewhere ( outside our network). Poor follow up, can’t figure out the simplest payment structure (I had him on auto-pay so that all he had to do was open an envelope !), expressed little interest in my health - did not follow up with another MD for discussion of an infection and what may be osteomalitis and, wait for it, because he couldn’t find that doctor’s phone number!! Others may like him - I will never return to him or refer anyone i know to this “concierge” doctor.
