Make sure you keep $200 cash on hand at all times for when the HOA has your car towed. They get kick back from Harris County Writ Towing & Storage which will use the neighborhood to create revenue when they've had a slow week. North Central Storage is where they had multiple people's vehicles towed, and they said they'll only go around when HCSO hasn't called them for crashes during the week and need to make money.
This is the worst place you could ever live. If you want your family and friends car towed every night it is the place for you. Every time you have visitors over the tow truck is waiting for them to slip up. I got my car towed for having one wheel on the curb but I had my $125 dollar parking pass on the car. If you are looking to rent or buy I would go far away from here. The HOA is insane and they have a contract with the towing company. So they love making money off our cars.
Kids play safely in the gated area. Great neighbors.
