Edit::: A year later....This seriously is the worst place I have ever lived. The community members are ok. But management? Big NO. They have nothing better to do than walk around the park taking pictures of the things they don't like and spamming you with nasty emails. Noisy neighbors. People speeding through the park. They cut the trash pick up to one day. They FIRED the one good person who worked there and then the office was closed for 6 weeks. There's a park 5 miles away with a much more welcoming environment. Today is January 20, 2025 I have been a resident here for almost 13 yrs now & this is so crazy. There has been no salting, sanding or plowing of our roads. We live in a busy community here with many people who need to get to work, shopping & Dr's visits. As there are many sick elderly people living here that the ambulance is here quite often as well. With that being said our roads are a sheet of ice and the temperatures are dropping fast. Management here is so focused on removing leaves instead of the safety of our community... read more

Updated my review 12/24. Neighbor that didn't clean property next to mine has been keeping it up after management got after them. raising a star for that. Minimum 2 cars per house allowed and my street looks like a city street there are so many cars. Several houses with 3-4 cars each, and those extras parking on the grass also a no-no. New tenants on the street with 3-4 cars with some different model cars from week to week. I "suspect" they may be rooming immigrants there with all the comings and goings.
