Jan 2026. Manager loves to take pictures of my house (and others) should a hair be out of place EXCEPT when things THEY are responsible for appear. This past summer (2025) I notified her of a dead tree next to my bedroom window. Couple months later asked about it and was told she was waiting for authorization. Edit::: A year later....This seriously is the worst place I have ever lived. The community members are ok. But management? Big NO. They have nothing better to do than walk around the park taking pictures of the things they don't like and spamming you with nasty emails. Noisy neighbors. People speeding through the park. They cut the trash pick up to one day. They FIRED the one good person who worked there and then the office was closed for 6 weeks. There's a park 5 miles away with a much more welcoming environment.
