If you can block out the drama between most tenants, it's quite a decent place, gorgeous view of the lake, nice tree swing and bench on the grass by the waters edge. Ok the tenants aren't that bad just a select few lol, Most the tenants are friendly. The Managers are hella cool, they are nice and helpful when someone has a rent issue. I'll be honest a lot of the places there do need a bit of TLC, but they are spacious and not to bad of a monthly rent charge compared to other mobile home parks. It is mouse infested and cockroach infest. Very run down. The landlord is strange and barley helps. Have asked for our sew to be fixed multiple times and it never fixed. We have sew coming up for tub were we can't even shower. Feels like the over charge is for rent sometimes and takes cash but doesn't document so we don't have any proof of us paying and neither do the landlords. Have seen many dogs die, including my own dog. I would not live here. Very bad place to live.
It is a RAT infested Cockroch pit. Most of the park is run down and in need of repair. I would not recommend anybody to move their.
