Well were can i start marggie the manager is the best at getting away with a lil extra for her self had to go thru hell just to get my deposit back sold my home this month. She charges you for every little detail. Sold my neighbor a bed bug infested mobile home witch she had to pay outta pocket for 1500.00 in fees . And me caught her twice double charging me for water usage she makes the numbers for i had a small faucet leak that i fixed on my lasr month of living there tell me how i got a 480.00 water bill after i fixed the... read more
This place is disgusting and the manager and her husband are the worst kind of jerks. Located in the worst part of Tulsa, this is not a place you want to live. I have close family living there, and they were just told today after being there for several months already, that they had to get rid of their dog, a HUGE part of their lives, with only a day to do so because the manager doesn't like the breed. first of all the trailers are a piece of junk made to look nice. the management is a bunch of crooks. they allow their children to deal illegal drugs in the park. one of their children that they had living in the trailor park was picked up by us marshals to our understanding. they screw the military over left and right. their children will rob you blind stay away from this place
