I had 3 sessions with Jason Joseph. I gave him a lot of information on a subject that I really needed some mental help with. Jason immediately took that information in purely as an attempt for financial gain. He broke every form doctor/patient confidentiality immediately in an attempt to do so. He eventually even admitted it to my face, and refunded my money, so this is 100% accurate and should never be removed. After trying to make appointments and having them rescheduled for the last 2 months, i drove 40 minutes for my appointment to be told that the doctor I was supposed to see isn't seeing patients right now. I was very confused because I was notified the other times when they couldn't see me but this time I wasn't. The receptionist wouldnt tell me the address when I called
We initially had an issue with scheduling by the office staff, but they were prompt in reaching out to me and correcting it. I appreciate their prompt response.
