When our gas fireplace gave us troubles I called several places. I found that in season it can be frustrating to find someone who will even respond. When I called Lakewood, they were the first to actually ask the kind of questions that I would expect, like make and model of the fireplace and how old the unit was in addition to asking about the actual current problem.
