Mary is finally gone. I see new people try very hard.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Lakewood association. I have been a resident of this community for 2 years, and I have never experienced such poor management and disregard for residents' needs. My biggest concern is the lack of accessibility for residents with strollers or wheelchairs. There is no ramp or accessible entrance to the building, making it impossible for me to enter with my child's stroller. My grandfather has lived in his same Condo for over 37 years. How blessed he is to have such a big family, especially coming to check on him daily EXC… I don’t want to make this review so long then others will not feel like reading it so instead, I will just start making multiple reviews.
