I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Lakewood association. I have been a resident of this community for 2 years, and I have never experienced such poor management and disregard for residents' needs. My biggest concern is the lack of accessibility for residents with strollers or wheelchairs. There is no ramp or accessible entrance to the building, making it impossible for me to enter with my child's stroller. My grandfather has lived in his same Condo for over 37 years. How blessed he is to have such a big family, especially coming to check on him daily EXC… I don’t want to make this review so long then others will not feel like reading it so instead, I will just start making multiple reviews. I have lived there for almost 9 years and it has been an ok experience. Association has been rude in the past but the new young people in the association are very nice and helpful whenever you need assistance. There has been a lot of robbery in the area. Cars being stolen and car parts being stolen non stop. If you plan on moving here, have security system on your car or don't have an expensive car since it can get stolen even during daylight.

Very disgusted with Lakewood condominiums just bought there while inside is updated the listing when I bought this place showed a washer in unit , so I bought a washer had it delivered only to find out I can’t have one in unit , day of delivery maintenance guy came running out literally when the guys were ready to bring it in not only was this humiliating but the aggravation of calling ABT and getting my refund back was stressful.
