I have lived here 30 years - yes management changes, but no matter who, they are always gracious and ready to assist. JoAnn was very strict, Mary always abided by rules and kept place immaculate and this management is very helpful. Maybe you need to repect mangement and they will respect you.
Mary is finally gone. I see new people try very hard.
