I’m so grateful for Lakewood Center. My niece joined this community about 6 months ago and I have never seen her so fulfilled and happy. For the first time ever she has her own apartment that she decorated herself. She has made good friendships with the other residents, something we only hoped she would have one day. Dr. Stevens is the best psychiatrist I have ever experienced and she’s had over 20 throughout her life. He’s so kind and supportive and spends an hour with her each session. Beautiful peaceful place. Feels very calm here, like in a different reality. Great energy
My loved one has been at Lakewood since the mid 1990's. The staff are consistently caring, professional, and have wonderful understanding of his needs. The programs and activities are many and suited to a wide variety of interests and needs. The setting is beautiful and offers not only a beautiful view but also the buildings and grounds are well maintained. I would without hesitation recommend Lakewood.
