Called for help just to see if they could check why my "check engine" light was on and they just said "No"... didn't try to schedule me in at all then said have you tried calling Jim's Auto Service on Tupper Lake Rd. What the heck?!? That's terrible customer service...Why would I ever want to reach out to this company ever again?! Bad for service in my opinion.

My mom has taken her car here for years. Steve is an upstanding guy who wont try to get any extra dollars out of you. He will tell you what is wrong only - not adding extras - fix it and charge a fair price.
