Older place, not the most efficient A/C (window unit) also the kitchen and bathroom very small but that doesn’t bother me. However, the obnoxious neighbors banging above my unit and the rude people running up and down the hall way all day and night long does bother me. Very thin walls so if you have a bad neighbor it’s best to pack up and go which is very unfortunate.
Hello everybody. This one is kinda long. My experience with the management of this complex was abysmal. When I called to find out how to apply, because they have no website as far as I could tell, I was told to call in a couple of weeks when an apartment would be available and be able to view the apartment and then apply only after viewing it. The next time I called I was given an excuse that they could not show it that day which continued for several days. One being rain, which has never been a problem with other complexes.... read more
