Terrible move out process. Was charged extra fees that gave me a remaining balance upon moving out 3 days earlier than lease expired. Paid a deposit and was still charged move out fees.
This is a place I call home. Whenever I have an issue I call or go to the office and I vent to Jaclyn, She’s the best. She always there on time and she’s three until it closes and she addresses my issues with effective and efficient results. Home sweet home
I love it here. I Feel safe, it’s guiet and when I have problems I can always count on Jaclyn to resolve them in a timely manner. She great and make sure things get done and she also stays in constant communication and that’s what I love about her. I haven’t experienced total communication anywhere else!!!
Mrs. Jaselyn was very helpful and was very professional. She answered all my questions and I really appreciated her for that.she literally made me wanna stay there at the apartment. Definitely hope I get it, especially if everyone over there is as awesome as her.
