Cat sitting for a friend, used the pool, outdated kitchens and carpeting. Not what I expected from condos.
John Connolly needs to go! This was a wonderful place when Chuck Upton was the manager, but there is no communication from John to the residents, there is conflict that was not present when Chuck was a property manager and to be honest we could all do without him. If you are looking here, make a call. If John answers RUN the other way.
In a professional environment, 24 hours notice is needed before entering your property. You do not get that with John Connolly as a property manager. A notification to your unit, email and phone if you are unaware you are breaking rules is usually sent to you to make you aware in a professional environment. Not with John Connolly.
