Do not recommend them at all. We contacted them for an emergency service. They repeatedly changed the ETA. It started at 90 minutes and ended up almost 5 hours later. The driver was on site for about a half hour, and of course could not fix the issue. We cancelled the tech but Lakeway made sure the invoice came to the exact amount of the deposit. We did get it fixed somewhere else in about 5 minutes.

Great experience brought my ram 2500 to get a shifter cable replaced and they were really efficient and got my truck back really quick best best by far to get heavy duty trucks fixed

My experience with Lakeway Truck Centre was devastating both financially and personally. I brought my truck in for an oil cooler leak and was told it would be looked at by the end of the week, completed the following week, and cost under $4,000. Instead, the truck sat for weeks before work even began. I repeatedly called for updates and was often told someone was working on it, but when I checked on the truck myself, I frequently saw little or no visible progress.
