my family has owned property and paid dues since 1978... in the last 15 years maybe more the roads have been a disgrace... it's blamed on those who don't pay their dues. My question is where does the money go that has been collected by those who do pay... This is one of the worst places to buy property or home. more is spent on car repairs than anything else. Those who do own property here can't sell out and move all because of the roads... yet no one seems to care.
