I worked with Tracey at Austintatious Blinds, and the service deteriorated as I continued to have problems with the Hunter Douglas shutters they sold. Multiple shutters were replaced, and the finish has continued to be problematic. Hunter Douglas support is horrific as well; they are blaming Austintatious and not willing to stand behind their product. I will never purchase Hunter Douglas products again, nor will I deal with Austintatious.

Lacy was awesome. So positive and helpful, and our window coverings look beautiful in our new home. The whole staff and owner are patient, listen and care. Lacy thanks for going the extra mile to take care of us and our home. We will definitely keep our business with these trustworthy folks.
