Terrible Service, My mom who just had back surgery. AC went out and took it up their to the service center and they charged her $1200 to fix it and not only did they not repair it the 1st time the 2nd time went down their and they said they’ll fix it she drove home and it still didn’t fix it. She’s out here no AC and spent a lot of money just for this dept to screw her over. PATHETIC!!!!!
took my truck in 3 weeks ago and still have yet to find out what's wrong with it when i'm able to get it. try to call and no one answers really bad service.
Only had to use them once ,thankfully, and my truck is still there waiting on parts. Bitni am impressed with how friendly and they keep you informed. Also they went out their way to do me a favor that they didn't have to do. Its refreshing to have a place with great customer service in today's society
Bought a 23 GMC and had a mechanical concern. Everyone at the dealership and the service center went the extra mile to set my mind at ease and left me loving the truck even more because of it all. Highly recommend shopping there and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
