Service has decreased. I was looking forward to changes and the new but nope. Unfortunately, they picked the wrong management for healthcare setting. I will not go to Laurel Regional if my life depended on it. I could be next door and I'll still drive to Howard community hospital since that's the next closest place. At least they do give customer service, apologizes, and make corrections. Dr. Vega is no good and some of the ED doctors as well.
