Living here has been a continual nightmare. Unfortunately this is the only place I can afford. The noise from inconsiderate neighbors is constant, and the grounds are littered with dog waste, making every walk unpleasant. Parking is a gamble; expect predatory towing practices on loyal renters due to their budget cuts, while abandoned vehicles will remain untouched. I'll start with the positive. Apt is cute and big enough for just me. Big room and living room. Plenty of storage space. There's a fire place and it's adorable. Neighbors are chill. Andrew at the front desk is always nice. Two pools. The lake is cool. I feel like the prices are fair. I will say that they are raising them right now and I take issue with that.. noting that the counter tops look like they're from the 80's?? Lol. The most rude and unhelpful front office staff. Emailed the Manager and the corporate Greystar email. Waiting for the class action lawsuit to come thru currently. Mold all through out the apartment. Upstairs neighbors dog infested our apartment with fleas as well as their pee leaking from being crated onto my infants swing and my child herself.
