had a great experience with getting my apartment. The management was friendly and helpful when it came time to get my in. My apartment is clean and new and I love it and Idalyze was a big help . I'm so pleased with them will be recommending.
Saw the beautiful website picture so since I’m new to the area, I did a quick drive through today. To say I was shocked is an understatement. Many apartment blinds are broken & torn up. There’s garbage lying around everywhere. The railings are rusted. Seems like the bad reviews are true. Also, the response to Natalie Derbonne below sounds really sarcastic.
Trash does not get picked up around the trash area. Looks like a mechanic shop on the parking lot needs better management.
Living here has been a continual nightmare. Unfortunately this is the only place I can afford. The noise from inconsiderate neighbors is constant, and the grounds are littered with dog waste, making every walk unpleasant. Parking is a gamble; expect predatory towing practices on loyal renters due to their budget cuts, while abandoned vehicles will remain untouched.
