I reached out to Jeff about replacing a broken toilet in my home. He was helpful in making a recommendation on what to buy as a replacement, he was quick to schedule, he was punctual the day of service and very friendly. Earlier today I called Lakeville Plumbing and talked with Jeff. I advised that I had a tub faucet break cartridge break when I removed it for what should have been a simple DIY replacement, and I could not remove the remaining stuck piece. Jeff politely explained that he was booked for the rest of the day (Friday afternoon/holiday weekend) and was just getting over an illness, so he couldn't get to me. I was in great need of a plumber. I looked up Lakeville Plumbing and sure enough Jeff came out and did a fantastic job of explaining my kitchen sink leak and fixing it also. I will definitely use him again and pass the word around. Thanks Jeff for an excellent job.
Jeff was fantastic. Responsive by phone, quick to schedule and incredibly fair on pricing. He replaced a couple Flowrite valves I had on bathroom sinks to a standard compression fittings. I would hire him back in a heart beat.
