Earlier today I called Lakeville Plumbing and talked with Jeff. I advised that I had a tub faucet break cartridge break when I removed it for what should have been a simple DIY replacement, and I could not remove the remaining stuck piece. Jeff politely explained that he was booked for the rest of the day (Friday afternoon/holiday weekend) and was just getting over an illness, so he couldn't get to me.
