Avoid this company. We hired LVI to make a custom sectional and a set of drapes for my daughter’s room. The sectional construction was farmed out by them to an unknown upholsterer and then delivered to our house without any quality check...legs were the wrong color wood, fabric was yellow and not the brown we ordered, and it smelled of fish/terrible odor that got on our clothes after sitting on the sectional. Appalling service. Two sisters own the establishment. One is the designer. She was never available. 2 times she did not show for the appointment and was instead handed off to the other sister, who was very nice but knew nothing about the fabrics or options. Then weeks after our request, the absent designer had her sister show us 5 fabrics, one of which we liked but then it turned out to be out of stock, wasting another week of our time. They may be good but clearly $3-4,000 reupholstery projects are not of interest to them.
