I’ve been seeing this doctor for a while, and I’ve reached the point where I feel I need to speak up. He constantly contradicts himself, forgets what I’ve told him previously, and seems to not review his own notes. Each visit feels like he's changing his story to cover previous mistakes. I don’t feel heard or understood — and that’s not what I expect from healthcare. FNP Anne Aguirre is wonderful. She goes above and beyond. She listens,she is thorough and she gets the job done with warmth and kindness. She is everything you would want in a health care professional.
I was suppose to get a allergy shot today but no one bothered telling me the shot serum had expired!
Im tired of calling 4 times just to get my medication refilled and still not knowing if they actually did it or not.
