I’ve been a patient at Lakeville Family Medicine for over 20 years and always had positive experiences — until recently. Unfortunately, my recent interactions with Valorie, the office manager, have been extremely disappointing. Her tone on the phone was rude, unkind, and unprofessional. I started going to Lakeville Family medicine when I was a young girl. I recently moved back to New York last year from another state. I prefer using Lakeville Family Medicine for primary. Doctor Anne Arguia and her husband Doctor Arguia are both wonderful doctor's. They are respectful, patient, very knowledgeable, and I trust them 100%. They make me feel comfortable. I’ve been seeing this doctor for a while, and I’ve reached the point where I feel I need to speak up. He constantly contradicts himself, forgets what I’ve told him previously, and seems to not review his own notes. Each visit feels like he's changing his story to cover previous mistakes. I don’t feel heard or understood — and that’s not what I expect from healthcare.
