I’ve been a patient at Lakeville Family Medicine for over 20 years and always had positive experiences — until recently. Unfortunately, my recent interactions with Valorie, the office manager, have been extremely disappointing. Her tone on the phone was rude, unkind, and unprofessional. I started going to Lakeville Family medicine when I was a young girl. I recently moved back to New York last year from another state. I prefer using Lakeville Family Medicine for primary. Doctor Anne Arguia and her husband Doctor Arguia are both wonderful doctor's. They are respectful, patient, very knowledgeable, and I trust them 100%. They make me feel comfortable.
