Very happy with this dental office. I always felt like other dental offices were very impersonal or simply transactional. Where with Lakeville Dental everyone was so kind and made it feel very personable. Very happy with their service will be going back. Thx Lakeville Dental.
I’ve been going to Dr. Jen for many years. Their care has always been professional, friendly, and compassionate. I highly recommend them!
The staff are very professional and friendly. I had an appointment booked that was 4 months away but I was contacted when a cancellation came up. I was able to use that cancellation to get my teeth cleaned and then another cancellation later the same morning to have a cavity repaired.
The dentist is excellent but the business practices leave a lot to be desired. My insurance pays 100% of a cleaning but they tell me that my insurance company is deceptive and they charge me $124 for a cleaning because they say my insurance company doesn't pay enough. Don't quite understand all the logic there but I probably won't be coming back
Although this was my first appointment, I was greeted by name by each staff member. Friendly smiles, confident professionalism and two-way communication sealed the deal. A great start!
