First off I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Worst year of my life living at one of Sand companies properties (lakeville Courts). when you have a maintenance issue they never get back to you. They also manage the heat there since its included in the rent and our home was ALWAYS freezing. Several times the hot water would go out for hours. No one ever answers your phone calls and anytime I ve tried going in to talk to the manager shes never in her office . You have to share washer and dryers with three other units and... read more
