I went to get a dress altered. The lady there was not very nice and before I could even get a word in she started saying the dress had four layers and it was too much money. She told me to change and then never came back out. I will no longer dry clean or come back to this business. This is not how you treat customers. It’s a shame the old owners are not here. Update: she was going to charge me $180 for the alterations and I went to Sammy’s and paid $70.
I LOVE Lakeville Cleaners. Great prices, amazing dry cleaning and wonderful professional tailoring. They have it all! It is so rare to find a dry cleaner that has all three qualities equally amazing. Keep doing what you do!
I went to this dry cleaner for 20 years. The new owners are so rude. They damaged two dress shirts and told me to buy back 2 shirts and they will refund me how much I paid. They never kept their promise.
