The people who work here (including owners) are extremely rude. I went to get a dress shirt altered and buttons added to my shirt but the man in the front blatantly walked away and said “I won’t do it”. There was no explanation. There was no reasoning. Just a simple negligence. This goes without saying that they charge much higher than their competitors near by. I have been using this dry cleaners for years with my family. They have hemmed wedding dresses, suits, pants, and my summer camp shirts. Always happy with their work!!

I went to get a dress altered. The lady there was not very nice and before I could even get a word in she started saying the dress had four layers and it was too much money. She told me to change and then never came back out. I will no longer dry clean or come back to this business. This is not how you treat customers. It’s a shame the old owners are not here. Update: she was going to charge me $180 for the alterations and I went to Sammy’s and paid $70.

I LOVE Lakeville Cleaners. Great prices, amazing dry cleaning and wonderful professional tailoring. They have it all! It is so rare to find a dry cleaner that has all three qualities equally amazing. Keep doing what you do!
