It was an amazing experience. The vet was very friendly, knowledgeable, caring and honest. I will definitely be bringing my dog back for all of his vet needs each and everytime!!! Even tho its 45min from my house, its well worth it knowing he is in Great hands.
We can't say enough about Dr DiCarlo Webber and her staff. We followed her from another practice for her personalized, caring approach. Our 16 year old schnoodle has had some challenges of late (some that may or may not be emergencies but may seem so to us!) and Dr Caroline has always graciously taken Tazzie in on the quick to assess the situation and treat him as needed and put us pet parents at ease. I followed this vet from another clinic and I'm so disappointed that I did with accessibility there. I had to schedule a neuter surgery MONTHS out. I took the last of my vacation time to care for my dog and then the day before his preoperative appointment, they cancelled his surgery and wanted to reschedule for a month later. HOW?! I don't have any vacation time because it's scheduled for a non-existent surgery!!
