I was in the store for a while. It was a pleasure to watch the person running the store, Rob, as he handled multiple customers. He is a fantastic multitasker. As he finished with one customer, he was ready to help the next customer. The pressure of having multiple customers requesting attention did not bother him.
Shopping here was an amazing experience. The owner is so knowledgeable and is not pushy or super sales-y at all. He really focused on educating me and my friend and we both ended up purchasing. What a great experience. I will DEFINITELY be going back.

Great place (atmosphere), great product and a great owner! I love a place that is thoughtful to the community aside from focusing just on sales. Thank you for contributing a raffle item to the Comedy for a Cause benefit for The WIsconsin Ovarian Cancer Alliance.
The owner/operator will go to legnths to educate and make you feel comfortable in anything you would like to know or try. He has anything you would need and plenty to try. I will never go anywhere else for vapor/e cig paraphernalia.
