These guys are the absolute best, always polite, I have taken 2 of my vehicles there. My wife's explorer and my fiesta, they have done great work, I usually do my own car work but would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!
At first. I thought it was a great experience. Asked for a rebuild before I was having issues. Told them right off the cuff. Do everything to make it rebuilt better and stronger. I don't use the truck for anything other than hauling a small food trailer a few times a month and I go easy on the truck. Few weeks in. Torque converter went. Rebuild was early 2021. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Justin has done multiple repairs on my daughter's Chevrolet Equinox and son's 2013 Ford Escape. He tells you up front best/worst case scenario on the cost. No BS from Justin. This time around my Ford Escape had intermittent power issues where systems were shutting off randomly when driving (AWD, Radio, speedometer).
